Shipping policy

Orders are processed within [fill in — e.g. "2 business days"] and shipped via Australia Post.

We currently ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch, via Australia Post):
- Australian metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Australian regional areas: 5–10 business days
- New Zealand: 6–12 business days (international)

These are estimates only — delivery times can vary with the carrier and customs processing for New Zealand orders, and we're not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Local pickup is available in Burwood and South Melbourne (VIC). Select "Local pickup" at checkout — we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.

If your order arrives damaged or you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 14 business days of ordering, contact us at contact@cheekybebe.com and we'll sort it out.
